"This is a brand-new hotel, and honestly, I was very impressed by the level of service. Even though it’s an independent brand, the service easily matches that of major international hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent, with a strong focus on healthy options, and the fresh juices were especially refreshing. I stayed in the mezzanine villa, which was absolutely amazing. The spacious layout and the large bathtub were real highlights. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back."

This property has 24 elephants that are well taken care of; each elephant is handled with care, feed well, washed daily, and treated with dignity. From every room, you can see the elephants. Its such a treat; treat yourself to escape to paradise. "

"Perfect stop after traveling from Nusa Penida back to the mainland. The hotel is a little dated and needs some renovations but the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everyone on the staff were wonderful; a special shout out to Ega and Ariani. They are sweethearts but again, everyone on the staff were wonderful. We loved the food, as well."

"Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things: 1. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to. 2. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4. "Me and my family had a wonderful vacation at Sanggraloka Ubud. It had such a wonderful view of valley with the location only being 20 minutes away from Ubud Center. the farm has many spices collections, so they educate my children the name of spices that are usually used by Balinese people. "

"It's a very atmospheric place, and I don't regret staying there overnight. I can recommend it, but understand that this is a house in the countryside and there might be small insects in the room. The grounds are excellent, green and beautiful, with two parking lots, but they're small. The restaurant is tasty and fast. The specialty is the average portions. Breakfast is okay. "We love, love, loved this accommodation! The setting is peaceful surrounded in nature. The staff was helpful at all times. Communication was one of the best of any place we ever stayed! They want you to have the best holiday, they checked in on us multiple times. Kept you in the know. Updated us on what was the activity of the day. It was very smart. The room was beautiful! They prepared everything perfectly for arrival. We highly recommend this property. It could not have been better. "
