"We are very glad we chose this hotel for our last night before flying back to America. Excellent location for that purpose. Their free busshuttle took us on time to the Narita airport 20 min away. "Very convenient! Walking distance to Costco and Aeon Mall. One stop away is the Outlet Mall and Zozo Stadium (though the walk from station to stadium is about 20 min). Also has 24 hour access to New Days conbini attached to hotel. Staff was very helpful, nice and welcoming. They called a taxi for us and let us know when it arrived and walked us to the taxi. We took a taxi to the Chiba Lotte Marines baseball game at Zozo stadium. Cost of taxi was 1900 yen. We caught the train back to hotel...

"The rooms are a little dated, but not so much that it makes it bad. The convince of the airport shuttles, the decent price and the friendly staff was well worth the stay. We missed our train and came in late and they had no problems getting us checked in quickly. They even upgraded us to the royal king suit which was thoughtful and beautiful. "
