"Room was quite spacious for my family of 4. Beds were a bit hard and only one pillow per person )I like 2) Shuttle convenient and frequent. Hotel clean, elevators small but fast. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

"It is a great hotel to stay if landing at Narita airport. There are free hotel shuttles from terminal 1 and terminal 2. Schedules can be found on the hotel’s website. Also, bus transportation to Narita Station and AEON mall. You can easily get to Tokyo (Shibuya or Shinjuku) by taking the Narita Express or the Skyliner to Ueno station. We would definitely stay there again! "

"Conveniently located close to Narita Airport, this hotel is a great option for a quick stop between flights. While the property is a little dated, it’s clean and well maintained. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel for an easy, comfortable layover stay."
