"A great place to stay in downtown DC, easy to find and they have their own underground parking. This is an older property, but it’s in great shape. You can tell they keep on top of maintenance items and don’t let things get scruffy looking. I’ll book here again the next time I need to stay overnight in DC."

"This is a hostel with a few rooms they sell as hotel rooms. Small is an over statement. Let’s use “tiny”—it’s a birds nest. Beware-The so-called cozy suite contains a king bed pushed against a window. I had to crawl over my husband to get in and out of bed.The shower and toilet are combined. Two people cannot walk comfortably in the room at the same time. There are no elevators and the 2nd floor is up 2 flights plus the flight to enter the building. The customer service staff was nice. Checkout time is 11:00am and not a minutes later free of charge. I was highly disappointed.Motel 6 is better—at least you know. "

"Good hotel, quiet location. Breakfast is good, though takes a while, service is slow, could take up to 1 hour. Also, free breakfast is confusing, staff tried arguing with us whether we have free breakfast or not. They take your room #, but they no idea if your breakfast is free or not. Had to show them Expedia reservation several times. Also, additionally confusing is a separate venue for free breakfast. If you order from that venue, then breakfast is not free. Breakfast staff is surprised if you tell them that breakfast is free for you."

"I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, from the time I check in the staff was very polite and friendly. The room was cleaned the property was cleaned, we ate the restaurant the food was good the staff/ waiter was very nice...the only problem i had was parking $65 and the room incidentally fee was $100.00 I usually pay $50 at every other hilton hotel i stayed at. But other than that the hotel itself and staff were very nice."
