"I loved this place. I liked that my place had a stove and lil fridge. Great balcony and cool view. I wish I remembered her name, but the young lady in the front was very nice and very helpful. When I was leaving, it started to rain, and I didn’t want my skateboard to get wet so I tried to put it under my jacket, but I guess she saw me struggling with my jacket and she came out and gave me an umbrella. I was so grateful. Thanks so much and I will be returning. I had a blast"

"AThe location is very convenient for public transportation, shopping and eat out. The nearest station is Tennoji that is just over 30mins from KIX by Limited Express train. The room was a little small to have 2 large suitcases but very comfortable bed. There are a lots of various amenities from bath bubble balls, cleanser, lotion, hair mask to sunscreen.. There is free light meal from 9pm and all free alcohol and soft drinks all the time!"

"The staff were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Their ‘no late check-in’ was a godsend due to our flights being canceled/redirected or delayed to Narita Airport instead Kansai International Airport. I was easily able to communicate with them through the Expedia mobile app to confirm their check-in time. 2 travelers, 4 nights, 2 bed (corner) on the 4th floor. Nice view of small local houses and tall commercial buildings in the distance. One con is that there are only 2 washer/dryer sets. If you happen to be staying during a busy holiday or with a large group for multiple nights, they may be inaccessible for a time. Thankfully, they were available from 12:00pm to 23:00. Be sure to get 100JPY coins and detergent (if you don’t have any) beforehand or from the front desk. Our bathroom had a shower/tub, sink and toilet. The shower was plenty tall for anyone close to or just over 6’ or 183cm. The hot water is HOT. Their breakfast foods were delicious and the staff very nice. The espresso was amazing. 10/10, would stay again. "
