"This is a difficult review. First the negative. I am sure 35 years ago this was a grand hotel. But it’s starting to show its age. Is primarily a businessman’s and bus tour hotel. The buffet breakfast was average. Reason was lack of choices.
Now think about an older hotel you went to and you could smell stale air and that disinfectant in the air. Like an old holiday inn.
Note not good security, no elevator key card access.
The room we had was huge.
The good.
The staff all were excellent and made me feel welcome.
The location is like 5 min walk from the train station.
The downtown shopping is great.
