"Follow through is a problem at this hotel.
Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back.
Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. Brought it up to their attention, I was told “thanks for letting us know”
Asked to speak to the hotel manager, no one reached out. Followed up again, and they had the food and beverage manager...

"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "
