"Absolutely Horrible — A Complete Nightmare!
One of the worst hotel experiences of my life! The entire building reeked of sewage, the street and rain noise made sleeping nearly impossible, and the advertised valet parking was nonexistent. Completely misleading advertising!
The only reason I stayed was because I had a flight the next morning and couldn’t risk missing it. Otherwise, I would have walked out immediately.
Disgusting conditions, false promises, and absolutely unacceptable. I felt...

"Really beautiful hotel and nicely located. Highly recommend for those purposes. Just a note that there was really no warmth or welcoming atmosphere from the staff, which was a shame and not how the rest of the city is. Especially around breakfast / lobby. Would love to see more interaction, recommendations, maybe friendliness. Some people didn’t even knowledge us in the hallways / lobby. Not really a big deal but also a shame since this property has the potential to be best in class. Other than...

"AIRSIDE at IST, so did not have to leave security. Very very expensive for this convenience. We had a 19 hour layover. Stark room but clean. No coffee maker. Could go out into airport to eat at restaurants prn. Bed and pillows were fine. Separate toilet room from shower. Sink was outside in bedroom area per Europe. Next time I'd leave airport and stay at nearby Hilton. Lived and learned..
Had very small frig. No microwave."

"The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the roof top bar is special. The staff were so lovely and friendly: we have stayed in many hotels and this was the best service we’ve ever received. We travelled with our baby and my mother and they were so considerate of both. We had a little incident which ended up in hospital - but they made us feel safe and were great in an emergency. I would definitely recommend."

"We arrived late after a 13 hrs flight and went to sleep immediately. The next morning we took a quick shower to go out early on a tour and did not pay attention to the mold. When we returned that night my wife noticed all the patches of mold on different areas of the stall and opted out of taking a shower and took a bath. I also decided to just take a bath too. I spoke to manager Kanzar and let him know how disgusting the pink and black patches of mold were. We left the next morning. The...
