"I stayed here in part of my roadtrip of Arizona/Utah, and I left my earring in the room by accident when I was already hundreds of miles away. These people were super kind enough to ship my earring back home for me!! You can definitely trust them with your stuff in the room."
"The view is great from the room, we were on 3rd floor and it’s beautiful. The lodge/hotel thou old are well maintained. The outside patio is what stands out to me. That alone makes the place well worth it. It’s the perfect spot to watch sunrise or sunset.
As far as other amenities they have a museum on property which is excellent. They do have it closed on Sunday and Monday so we weren’t able to go into until Tuesday morning. So keep that in mind if it’s something you want to see. They also have a small theater showing old movies on Monument Valley. I actually watched StageCoach one night and thought a very nice touch.
I highly recommend this hotel, we did eat here 3 times. I thought the breakfast was better than the dinner. The breakfast would rate extremely high and the dinner was decent.
Bottom line this place has many nice touches and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. I would not hesitate staying here again and really happy choose to stay here. "
"The team at the hotel was incredibly helpful in finding a room for my elderly spouse (who cannot climb steps well) and me. The room was very well appointed and the location of the inn is great for visiting Monument Valley. Definitely stay here!"
"The hotel has amazing views and is overall clean and well kept. The staff were very nice and were able to accommodate us a bit early. A few things did bother me though. Upon arriving to my room there a really strong smell of disinfectant which triggered my headache. The food from the restaurant was ok for dinner (we had the burger with fries, chicken tenders, and chilli) . The free breakfast buffet was not good at all. The eggs were tasteless, bagels were hard, and there were no fruits or anything healthier to eat besides light and fit yogurt. Everything served in paper plates, disposable silverware and styrofoam cups."
