"Staff was incredible from beginning to end even before we arrived. I let them know that we'll be arriving late and might miss breakfast and they were super accommodating. They even met us outside the hotel at the end of the block to pick up our bags. Breakfast was absolutely incredible - I would book with hotel again just for it! They have hammams that they recommended and we went to one, also a great choice! Would go back again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. In walking distance to all of...

"Was underwhelmed with this property - the shower water was like warm at best, shower head clogged - so basically freezing coming out of the shower. Room service access was hard, communication via in-room phones difficult, one staff wouldn’t try to get me a taxi, and when I checked out - I told them I never touched the mini-bar. The front desk person said, just a few minutes before you go, we need to check that. Never had that happen to me before. Room clean, location was fairly good, area...

"Two experiences turned what could have been a good stay into meh. First was their choice of the guide. As soon as we checked in we were pushed a guide and a dinner cruise, we declined the cruise but accepted the guide who was supposed to be taking us through the old city from 900-1700. We requested he start a bit late at around 1000.
The guide could barely speak, had such a low voice we struggled to hear, didn't tell us anything beyond the wikipedia pages of the attractions, couldn't cover the...
