"The staff speak good English. They will go out out the way to accommodate you and answer questions. My only issue was that the room had some cosmetic issues such as pin holes in the curtin shade and a floor lamp that was wobbly and maybe unstable. Your right on the beach. And a nice mall is next door. "

"The hotel is nicely located, close to major restaurants and activities but fairly close to the Fukuoka Canal City, where you can find the Red Light District style of businesses. The room and bathroom I stayed in were very small; I felt very cramped. Because of the small size, the room DOES NOT HAVE ANY CLOSETS. In fact, it is so small that you cannot walk around both sides of the bed. No place to open even a carry-on suitcase and very few hangers. The bathroom was clean, but there is no fan if you are going number two. Therefore, I had to do my business downstairs in the lobby bathroom before going to bed."

"Clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great but there were a lot of guests for such a big hotel and so a bit crowded during breakfast. Hot spring baths were a bit crowded too. Close to attractions, for instance, Karatsu castle is highly recommended, and lot of dinning options. A lot of shopping options too but they are sparse and easier to access with your own car. Parking was alright but a bit crowded as well."
