"We loved staying at the Villa. As this is a collection of stand-alone properties, there isn't a check in desk or reception, but the communication was great and we got responses all the time. Even before we arrived, they checked in to make sure all was going to be ok for us. We had a friend join us for a couple of nights and he actually arrived first - I emailed his number to them and they met him at the villa and checked him in first. Great service.

"Nice boutique hotel with the most wonderful staff !
5+ stars for staff and food
The owner is a Spainard who has been on Bali over 30 years with extensive global hotel experience.
He has created a wonderful oasis and yet helps carry bags, and do daily maintenance chores !
He has selected a fantastic staff who are genuinely helpful and happy.
General Manager is Balinese with an eye for detail but still treats staff with respect gaining the hotel loyal and happy employees.
