"The hotel is lovely but it is remote. Grabcar doesn’t come here, you must arrange your own ride. Only two restaurants in the vicinity; no restaurant in the hotel itself. No shops, no massage salons, nothing but surfing and rice fields. The hotel pool was lovely with lounge chairs. "

I needed a late check-out due to my travel plans, and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They allowed me to check out much later than the official time, which was a huge help.
