"This is an extended stay but there are no items in the room. You have to purchase everything separate. Place is new and if you’re looking for affordability it will work. Did have an unwelcome creature on our last day which I’m not sure where it came from because I cleaned the room after we checked in. Not your regular hotel but do able. Really never saw anyone at the front desk so anyone can just walk in and out, alittle concerning."

"The hotel is new and clean and very close to restaurants and also a short drive to downtown. We had a problem with our toilet flush that persisted over 2 days and the plumber needed to come in twice, plus we had to wait out the night without flush which was very annoying. But the hotel staff were friendly and reacted immediately plus Mary at the front desk was very accommodating and offered some good alternatives. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"I’ve stayed twice at this location, both were quick overnight stops. The staff was proactive and had me checked in when I got there. I was given all the instructions I needed to get into the room. It was clean, recently remodeled, the comfortable bed was comfortable, and shower was hot. The price was competitive and I’ll be staying there anytime I get down to Marco Island. If you’re looking for full service, this is not it, but if you’re looking for clean and comfortable, this is your stay."

"I literally cannot say enough good things about this property. The staff were amazing so friendly. The place was clean. The pool was great. The property was so well-maintained. It was such a unique place to stay. I was there for five nights. It has such character. The pool is right outside your door. there is a mango tree full of mangoes. My husband ate so many and brought four home. They have a swing my husband and I enjoyed sitting on in the evening. They also have I believe for grills for...

"This place was perfect for our little one night get away. The room was spacious and super clean. The pool was perfect for after a long day at the beach. I would 1000% stay here again. Super close walk to the snook inn for dinner and a close drive for some ice cream after. The location was beautiful and right on the water as well."

"Hotel staff was amazing. The room was in very poor condition compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area, near the same price range. The bath tubs paint was chipping and th e room had a foul odor."
