"The room was very nice and clean. I didn't really interact with staff, but the few I did were very nice. I love the robotic front desk attendants. Breakfast was different, but good. Air conditioning was awesome, but if you have guests, make sure to get an additional card. You need the key card to get back up the elevator, so if you leave the room and remove the card, all the electricity cuts off automatically. "This is a business hotel, so certain amenities, like on-site gym and spa are not available. It is centrally located, clean and comfortable, so it satisfied my needs for this trip. Room and bathroom are small but this is to be expected, however, it’s still a very comfortable base in Shinjuku. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast selections. Just note that there are a number of Apa hotels within blocks of each other so, just be mindful of that when you arrive to make check in easier."

"The free bottles of water, donuts, alcohol, coffee, pastries and cereal were much appreciated. Rooms are tiny but just enough. Loved the location as it is within walking distance of all that goes going on of Shinjuku. There is a waft of cedar as soon as you walk into the hotel. If you are sensitive then this may not be the place for you."
