"Rooms are so small, you have more room on a basic cruise ship. My son is 5’10 and had to sit in the shower to wash his hair. No one interacts with you and check in is cold and no one gives you a welcoming feeling or guide to the hotel. Would not recommend. "

"Decent size room for Tokyo and although they do not offer as many amenities as other hotels, I think it's reasonable given their budget price point. A bit of a walk from the Metro station that connects to central stations like Tokyo and Ginza but the area is very quiet, located in a residential area on a street lined with shops that seem to be frequented by locals. Lots of small restaurants with a lot of character. Loved the area!"

"Right in the heart of where I needed to be to get to the start gates for Tokyo Marathon. I was so pleased and happy to find laundry room in the hotel for me to use afterwards too! Staff is wonderful and so many places to shop and explore. So close to transit station too! Perfect location and awesome staff service. "

"The staff was very nice, easy check-in process. There is coin-op laundry on two of the floors. You can get the front desk to give you change for bills. Never had an issue with finding an open machine. They don't dry super well, but that is sort of expected. Would recommend putting in small loads. There is a Tully's downstairs, which we didn't go to but is a nice convenience. The subway entrance is right next door which was appreciated. The mini fridge was nice to have and location was close to...
