"Staff were efficient but visibly rushed during check in so it made us feel somewhat nervous to keep up with them. The room was clean/soundproof and full amenities were supplied in the room. Breakfast was nice and had good variety. Overall a good convenient hotel to stay for an early flight the next day. "

"The hotel had an odd layout and the room was small, which is expected for Tokyo, but it felt a bit tighter than anticipated. There was also very limited bathroom counter space, which made it less convenient for getting ready. The lobby was almost always busy and a bit chaotic. It does get the job done for a short stay, but overall it wasn’t my favorite and I probably wouldn’t choose it again."

"This hotel is situated perfectly, close to Shinjuku Station, in the heart of Tokyo. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as within walking distance. There is shopping close by too. It is only a few blocks from Shinjuku Central Park for some serenity or to go for a run. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. There is a 7-11 in the hotel as well. "Very functional hotel room for inner Tokyo. Clean, relaxing and private. The window had the ability to be cracked open, allowing for fresh air when desired. Breakfast was a decent size, loads of options and catering to many breakfast styles. Always comforting coming back to this hotel room after a day's activities. Would stay here again."

"Perfect hotel for anyone looking for something affordable yet good quality! Rooms are quite small but you will find that at most Japan hotels. Washing machine/dryer in your room. Perfect distance from attractions, slightly quieter area which we loved after a long day in the busy areas. Would recommend!"
