"This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it just gets better. My only disappointment was we were only staying for one night and not many more. The staff are outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. Our room was amazing too! We were visiting family in the area so it was only a short walk from the hotel. "We booked a family room and the hotel knew our grandchildren are 17yrs and 13yrs respectively. We were given a small room with 2 dbl beds which was adequate at best. The breakfast was excellent but we chose to eat in the hotel last night before going to the theatre. We ordered nachos and cauliflower as starters... lovely... but the mains were disappointing. I ate a third of my fish as it was very greasy, my granddaughters pizza was absolutely covered in chilli oil ... and not to her taste and...

"The staff make the hotel, they're wonderfully kind and helpful. The rooms need a huge refresh, the black marks on the walls need to be painted. The taxi from the hotel to airport has raised to 39 pounds not 35 and the taxi company explained that the rates go up 1 pound per year. The mentioned business center should be taken out of the description, there's charging table, no computers or printers. Breakfast is good and the hotel is in a great location and quite walkable."
