"Chaotic check in at 1am as a large group of foreign summer workers seemed to take priority. Sprawling property. No elevator. Room on but overpriced for what it is. Alaska?"
"The sheets were brown and dingy. The towel rack in the bathroom was loose from the wall on one end. The water in the bathroom sink ran so slow it was terrible. I would never go back to this hotel"
"I had to keep calling the hotel from the airport I took almost an hour to get someone to answer, the lady told me she was working alone, but the time I got there all the restaurants were closed. I had to eat a candy bar for dinner. Also no one told me there was a shuttle that could take me downtown. Because I got a day pass on the bus. I didn’t find out about the shuttle until I was checking out and saw the sign at the front desk!"
"I am not one to leave negative reviews leaving this here until I get a refund I was denied.
Staff was nice and friendly.
Called and was told Pool and HOT TUB were working
Came in late went to pool Hot tub was not operational asked a staff member they said had been out of commission for quite awhile We picked this hotel for distance from the air port and specifically because it had a hot tub.
Exposed ripped out sheetrock over the hot tub with exposed beam with what appears to be BLACK MOLD.
Room extremely noisy someone just walking above was making the ceiling creak so loud it kept my wife and I up most of the night and we are usually heavy sleepers. We both slept terrible we were stuck there due to how late we checked in and how early our flight was next morning.
I don't like that they said hot tub and pool both were working then to come in and ask again and they say yes then to hear and see it had been not operational for quite sometime that is why I want a refund. Things happen had it been that day no big deal things happen but we would have not booked if they were hones the hot tub wasn't working where there were nicer and newer hotels in the area a little farther away with a pool and hot tub.
I will remove this once I am refunded I do not appreciate dishonesty."
