"We had a wonderful experience at the Tower of London. It is such an iconic place, full of history, and absolutely worth visiting when in London. A special mention goes to Arcona, who made our visit even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. "Beautiful room and setting! Great location with walking distance to the Tower of London and the tube. Only disappointment was the front desk staff. They were not friendly at all. Rude at check in and did not greet us when walking into lobby area. Would have expected much better customer service from this highly rated hotel."
