"i had a great stay at this place since it was only for two nights. the staffs were helpful, accommodating, the lobby was spacious to chill, talk with your friends, and i loved how it was in the SOHO area. nonetheless, if you are only staying for 1-2 nights, and a solo, this would be ideal for you. again, you only get a pod - your nest which is a small private room. additionally, there are not many amenities included in your stay, e.g., microwave, fridge, but they have towel, good wifi, and...

"I felt like this hotel was in a great location! We are close enough to the tower bridge station where we could take the tube anywhere around town and also walking distance with a window view of Tower Bridge the restaurant downstairs vicinity was amazing and so are the food trucks outside of the hotel. "Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying. Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted. Great stay and location. Would def stay again"

"The hotel’s location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from Waterloo Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around London and sightseeing. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was below expectations, with limited variety and quality compared to other hotels in a similar price range. The room layout was also quite unusual, with the toilet being completely separate from the sink and shower. While this may suit some guests, I found it impractical and less convenient for everyday...

"It was a great location, the room was clean and we has all we needed for a perfect few days, with the kids."

"Lots of stains on carpet. Breakfast if extortionate. 33 quid for a full English! Stayed over 1 night and fire alarm went off 4-5 times until 3am. Staff did not know the cause and ensure it wouldn’t happen again… and It did. However, in the morning reception staff ensured a full refund without ask due to the inconvenience and lack of sleep. Bed was very comfy and mini bar was full with goodies :)"

"Rooms were clean, tidy and high spec. Comfortable beds. Sad there was no tea/coffee making in the room and it was shared Kitchette in the hallway. Great location for ease of access to underground and central London. We unfortunately stayed when there was an England match on and our room must have been next to a pub/bar as it was super noisy until late. Singing could be heard through the walls! Could also hear the trains under us a lot. Not great if you’re a light sleeper. No fan in the room...
