"This is my first one-star review and it is very valid.
I have stayed many times at this property and understand its location and proximity to the hospital.
I have always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable.
The front desk staff are your biggest issue. The are lazy and often distracted and the desk is often empty.
On my check in day, I called ten times and no answer,
I then had Expedia call the property and no answer.
I sent an email and no reply.
There is no way a guest can check in...

"This is my go-to when staying in Melbourne. Such an easy place to get to, tram right outside the property, train station just a few mins walk away. The studios are spacious, clean and air con is awesome. The one-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples for a longer stay, having a couch, two TVs, table, washing machine and dryer. Staff are always helpful and polite. I park across the road in a big lot but there is car parking onsite. Thoroughly recommend it!"
