"Wish I would have known the 11 am breakfast cutoff is at 10:30. After checking out and about to head out, I was hoping for an included breakfast, but waited in the kitchen for 20 mins with another girl and nobody showed to cook. Other than that, the spot is a block off the main street and a great space to stay."

"This was a good find as far as rates go in Newport. It's convenient to the wharves and the mansions. It's older and quirky. It has no elevator. We were on the third floor. Given a choice, I might book the basement. It also had breakfast close by, but I didn't find the time to go."

"They only had stairs as we needed an elevator We attempted to shorten our stay from 5 nights to two and the ow er refused So we left and were charged!!! They suggested moving us to 3 different rooms 2 different rooms each night on the 1st floor and the. Back upstairs? Made no sense.!!! They would have had plenty of time to rerent the room ?"

"Lovely accommodations, great service, walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. Would have been even better if there was a thermostat or fan for the room. Parking was a great perk."
