"Location is excellent for access to facilities on Patriot Blvd and Glenview. Hotel is very clean, well maintained and staff are helpful. As this area is away from downtown Chicago, a car (or rental car) is useful for getting around, such as going to a restaurant."

"The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm."

I got sick from a black moldy room, they couldn’t switch me out of. Bugs everywhere, the sink was backed up with water. It was disgusting and $200 for a night!!! Do not give them business this place needs to be shut down. They ignored my messages and requests and stole my money too."

"People beware of this location!! Pictures provided on Expedia are not accurate. This is not a hotel is more like a motel. The room is dirty holes in the walls. Fridge was dirty had dirt pile up. Furniture was 2nd had. False advertising. I don’t even want to get into it about the bed. Don’t not book here!!"

"I was really disappointed with the room situation. Too close to major highway. Could hear traffic all night long Plus air conditioning unit too loud even with fan on low. As a result had to wear ear plugs. Not happy with that. Elevator floor dirty. Definitely would not stay there again."

"The staff was friendly & helpful & the room clean. Problems with the room were: electrical outlet by bathroom sink didn't work, I couldn't get the air conditioner to power off so I had to unplug it, & the tv made a static noise every few minutes while on."

"The pros: exceptional staff, great view, clean and spacious room, a well working hot water shower, and the convenient Hilton app. The cons: outdated furnishings including the old refrigerator, and the broken elevator on Saturday night leaving us to walk to the ninth floor. Not quite live up to the Hilton brand name."
