"Everything was good.. spent 3 days for Chicago.. Parking was Great... Check in was easy.. little hard to understand the lady at the front desk for checking in.. room was good size.. handle on sliding door for patio was broke told them when we went to get pizza.. gone for about 3 hours and when we came back it was fixed!!!, only thing was there was no holding bars in the bathroom.. for toilet and shower... overall a 4 out of 5 .. (4 because of no holding bars) ... breakfast is not free..McDonalds...

"When I asked the desk clerk for a needed toiletry item in the evening of my check in she blew me off and told me to wait til housekeeping comes in the next morning. I discovered the item was easily accessible to her as another desk clerk obtained it for me in the morning. The buffet breakfast was disappointing especially considering the price. "Was a fairly clean property within a short walk or ride to a number of shops and restaurants. I was placed by a room with a loud baby all afternoon and evening. I told the receptionist they should have placed the family away from the main area, further to the back of the property. The whole family was loud and the walls were paper thin.
