"First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff member at reception refused to take our luggage. Despite the fact that it was raining, the weather was extremely cold, and we were tourists carrying our luggage, she told us very rudely that she could not take it. She did not even inform us that there was a place where we could sit and wait, nor did she make any effort to assist us. She spent approximately half an hour on the phone and appeared extremely tense and irritated throughout the...

"Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Polstermöbel und Badearmaturen bedürfen einer Überholung. Personal ist bemüht aber nicht ausreichend vorhanden (Abendessen dauerte ewig,Getränke ca. 20 Minuten und nochmals 45 Minuten oben auf bis das Essen serviert wurde). War geschmacklich aber gut und ansprechend serviert."

Breakfast is good but not to the NH collection level that I knew from NH Brussels . A basic cooked Ham is not to NH standard as just one selection . Location Remains the ACE"

"We loved this hotel-- definitely our favorite of the whole trip! Absolutely beautiful hotel and great location. We booked the "friends and family suite" and it was amazing! It was hard to tell exactly what it was when I booked, but it was perfect for us! It has one common door, then a foyer type situation with one smaller room and full bathroom on one side, with its own door, then another door to the other side with a half bath, living area with couches, desk, and table with chairs, then the...
