"The bed had a slight sag in the middle but a king size bed with one person no problem. The AC rattled when operating, the toilet float stuck, the carpet smelled a little musty or smokey, easy enough fix and the card reader for the side door did not work, a possible security issue. But the biggy was the shower or the shower valve which when turned on sprayed very hot water. It seemed like there was no anti scald valve. Other than that, it seemed to be in a secure easy to find area with a friendly, helpful staff. Was there for two days and would stay again."

"I was a little hesitant after reading reviews about this hotel. However due to booking on a nonrefundable room I decided to stay here anyway. To be next to the interstate it was actually pretty quiet. The man and lady that owns it were extremely nice all the times I dealt with them. The rooms weren't completely nasty, although there were some body hair in the bed and bathtub. The bed was comfortable also. It was a place to get a good night's rest. I just wish there were more than 2 pillows on the bed. That is really my only complaint. If I needed too I would stay here again."

"Had a great time in Dayton at this conveniently located hotel. Was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the friendly welcome and explanation of how to work the free parking. Free breakfast was also a plus and the coffee was great! All staff we interacted with were above and beyond friendly. Would stay again any time."
