"Pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was! Had a quick layover and needed a hotel for less than 14 hours. Didn’t want to spend a lot and wasn’t expecting much. I was wrong! Hotel sent a taxi on their dime to pick me up from the airport since the shuttle wasn’t running. Room was very clean and full of amenities. "Perfect for our overnight stay before catching a flight back to Australia. Staff very helpful with directions to get petrol and also with transport to and from the airport. We used Uber as there were no taxis available and the shuttle timetable wasn't suitable for our departure time."

"The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."

"Very much liked our stay at City Box. Checking in was streamless and though there was only one elevator working at the time of our stay we never had to deal with waiting to get up to our room. Room was clean, bed was so comfortable, accessible to everything and a safe area. Extra towels were needed for the last of days and we were able to get them right away when requested. "Nice hotel with good transport links to get around the city. Food in the restaurant looked and smelled amazing but my short stay didn't allow me to try it for myself. Room was a good standard and was comfortable for three of us. I would definitely stay again if return to the city in the future"

"The hotel is in a great location, across the street from a metro stop and less than a 10 minute walk to the Grand Place. Brussels Central Station is within a 15 minute walk as well. Breakfast is available daily for free, but only from 8:00 - 10:00, so if you're an early bird, you'll have to find something else.
