Staff is very professional, from introduction staff through the restaurant, beach and pool and the cleaning staff. The entire facility is well organized. Premises are well maintained and very comfortable (home at the beach). The resort and it's setting is wonderful.

We had a brilliant time - the staff were incredible, extremely helpful and welcoming! Thanks to Franncesca, Peterson, Robert, Monica, Gerald, Berlandie, Frank, Orlando and everyone who helped with all our questions, provided recommendations, carted us around and managed to help us find last minute bookings. The pool and restaurant team were always smiling and made the overall experience that much more wonderful! The lobster pizza and Drunken Lobsters - exceptional! The resort is beautiful -...

One of the best hotels we stayed at for resort experience, food and service. Fabulous!

Windsong resort was absolutely stunning and our room was palacial and welcoming and always very clean and sparkling. I loved all the staff, especially breakfast at the Pelago restaurant overlooking the beautiful crystal blue ocean. The staff were so friendly and caring and made our breakfast delightful! Truly lovely hotel, beautifully landscaped. The boardwalk to the beach is stunning, comfortable sun loungers, plenty of staff and a great beach bar. There are comfy seats and a firepit for the evening. The inclusive breakfast is excellent, many choices and options. The location means you will need a taxi in the evening for restaurants but that is no problem. We stayed for 2 weeks in a studio room, it was lovely. The bathroom was large and the bed was super king size. Would recommend.

From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, the resort and staff were absolutely amazing. We were greeted with a smile, cold towel and beautiful resort speciality drink upon arrival to then go through a swift check-in, a full tour of the venue and to then be shown to our room. We booked a one bedroom beach/oceanfront suite and we’re amazed at the the size, amenities and view on offer. We were also presented with a great fruit and chocolate platter, complimentary bottle of wine and a...

Beautiful resort, very well maintained. Staff is polite and very welcoming. Restaurant is also very good. Excellent chef and good ingredients. Beach staff is outstanding - better than most 5 star hotels. Very private and pleasant property. All in the property is in good condition but some areas need an upgrade with general wear and tear - ie some older window frames in the room but not a big deal.

Fantastic

The staff were fantastic and did everything to make sure we had a lovely time. The room was spotless, very spacious and with a beautiful view of the sea.

I had the BEST experience here. Super convenient location. Super friendly staff. Frequent golf carts to take you to and from the beach. Room cleaning every single day. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone ! Also the staff are all so kind and helpful, they really go above and beyond. Thank you guys 💛

Great hotel . Lovely food at all of the restaurants and at all times of the day. Quiet and chilled with a family friendly crowd. Many of the facilities are Brand new or in great condition. The room was lovely. Only issue was towels and water requested to the room several times to no avail. Service in the Grill wasn’t the best and everything closes 10:30/ 11ish which was a bit early for us . I would def stay here again though .

The hotel was amazing so friendly and beach stunning. Reception staff went above and beyond.
