"This place was perfect for our little one night get away. The room was spacious and super clean. The pool was perfect for after a long day at the beach. I would 1000% stay here again. Super close walk to the snook inn for dinner and a close drive for some ice cream after. The location was beautiful and right on the water as well."

"Not happy at all with this stay. The property feels outdated, and the rooms were not cleaned to the standard you would expect for the price being charged. The pool area is very small and also looks old and poorly maintained. What was most disappointing was arriving at check-in time only to find that our room was not ready. When we raised the issue, staff promised refunds or compensation that never materialized. It felt misleading and very frustrating. I honestly expected much better given the...

"Be warned if you check in after 10 they have a phone number that’s not listed to call the front desk staff. I had to call their corporate call center and have them call and even they couldn’t get ahold of them. I finally got in with another guest who had a key. Very rude staff."

"Conty’s is like a blast from the past. If you think of how a hotel in Florida would have looked in the 70s this is it. Property was in decent shape on the outside the inside of the rooms could use a renovation but at the end of the day it was a clean spot to lay our heads for the night and for the price there is nothing we could complain about"

"The hotel is new and clean and very close to restaurants and also a short drive to downtown. We had a problem with our toilet flush that persisted over 2 days and the plumber needed to come in twice, plus we had to wait out the night without flush which was very annoying. But the hotel staff were friendly and reacted immediately plus Mary at the front desk was very accommodating and offered some good alternatives. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! "
