Attention to details upon arrival, soft music playing on the tv with a personalized welcome greeting. Resort was beautiful and well maintained, their landscaping was eye candy for this Ohio girl. "Parrot key was amazing. We visited as a family of four and the service, pools, rooms etc. was really above expectations. The pools where heated, clean and fresh rooms, good service from the bar/restaurant staff, free sundbeds at Smathers beach and the check in was really smooth. I travel 200+ days a year for business in EU and US and I really recommend this place as a vacation spot."
