We had broken blinds on our door that I had to cover with a washcloth for privacy. They should’ve been replaced along with the broken blinds on our window. Also, one ceiling fan could only operate on low…. A higher speed and it would vibrate to the point of concern. Having said that, we very much enjoyed our stay, and would absolutely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Heron house. The hotel grounds are well maintained and beautifully landscaped, just a couple blocks from the world’s famous Duval street! There were a few cosmetic imperfections on the walls in our room, due to scuffs but the room was clean and the bed was comfy, so that’s a win in my book. We would def recommend staying at the Heron House and look forward to booking again in the future.

This is a stunning little hotel in a great location! The grounds and room were gorgeous! The staff was fantastic! We did happen to have bugs in our room, though, on the bathroom sill- reminded me of mealworms And really it seem like a fluke. I don’t suspect it’s a normal problem there. And the water pressure was really low. But I still think I’d stay there again.

I loved the Heton House. Greeted with great staff. Absolutely lovely room. The grounds were beautiful, including a cat meandering around. :) The breakfast was wonderful. Quiet area but close the all the bars and restaurants, which wete in walking distance. Definitely recommend !

The property is very nice and the pool was great. Parking is off property but they do help you find free parking.

Each room is unique and very well appointed. The rooms and common areas are well maintained and clean. However the calking around the tub in our room is poorly done and walpaper is peeling where it leaks. A surprising disapointment in an otherwise exceptional facility.

The initial person at check-in oversold breakfast, it was just hard boiled egg, cereal, bread and yogurt. When things went wrong management was very responsive (hours without hot water, some rooms lost electricity) you felt safe, pool is a nice touch, over hospitality was GOOD

The Heron House was a wonderful place to stay. One block from Duval Street made it easy to walk everywhere! Nice pool area and the daily breakfast was a bonus!

Trent is amazing!! The property is beautiful and the rooms are nice. The only downside are the window air conditioners which are older and quite loud.

We loved this quiet island feel property. This was so close to Duval but quiet. Pool and room were clean with the "keys charm" Louie at the front desk was awesome and very friendly. Private parking for scooters and bikes. Breakfast and coffee every morning poolside was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would ask for is a microwave and coffee pot in each room. Also, the water had issues turning on and off

We have stayed at the Heron House several times over the years. Its nice and quiet but close to Duval. Clean and comfortable rooms, pool and the staff is great.

Cleaner and better condition than others in the area in which I have stayed. Bath sink faucets were temperamental and coffee was weak. Concerned the bed spread/comforter was not clean.

Easy walking distance tqo Duval St. Good breakfast and nice pool. Only drawback was parking. You drop your bags off, then have to find a place to park, which can be several blocks away.

Eine nette Unterkunft in der Parallelstraße zur bekannten Duval Street (shoppen, Pubs). Liegt gut fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Anlage selbst hat einen kleinen Pool, Tischchen mit Stühlen und Sonnenliegen. Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl und ist vollkommen ausreichend. Wir würden das Heron House wieder buchen.

Heron House is so beautiful and peaceful! It was our first visit and it was perfect…..the staff was friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing and the breakfasts were delicious! I highly recommend staying at the Heron House also as it is within close walking distance to Duval Street! We will be back!!

Front Desk Personnel Patrick was rude and lied about the room. Room #14 is a full size bed not queen. Does not match picture on website. Electrical wires are tacked and hanging everywhere. No place to plug in personal devices. Toilet handle was broken. Bathroom vent screen broken. Gnats in room everywhere. Sheets stained with what appeared to be blood. Other hotel guests saw and agreed. Never going back.

The bed in 14 is a queen we have no full sizes beds .. the personal devices you could plug into the Side table it had 3 plugs that are open NEXT to the bed ...
