"We had an amazing time, and enjoyed our stay. Place is beautiful, staff is friendly and so accommodating! Didn’t know the Palm Deck and tiki bars and Rhum House had limited hours. They weren’t open at all our first couple days, and didn’t open until after 5 the last day there. If this was advertised I missed it. That’s the only thing I would change, having a bar on the property open more hours. Other than that we definitely enjoyed our stay here!"

"This place is a scam. The website and pictures are false advertising. The room was not just dirty, but smelled moldy. We were so disgusted we could not even stay there, we forfeited our money and left. "

"Our villa was not clean upon arrival at 10pm. We had to ask for new sheets, every bed had dirty sheets. The main bathroom mirror was dirty from the prior people brushing their teeth, there was a dirty dried wash cloth hanging over the shower rod, the sink was also dirty in the master bath. We used the pull out couch and it was covered with crumbs and dirt. I’ve never been so disgusted with a rental. The fact we paid the amount we did only to be told that they couldn’t do anything is...

"We had a great 2 night staff over Spring Break. My kids used the 2 paddle boards, also used the bikes to ride the neighborhood. We loved the pool overlooking the ocean. Room 10 was beautiful. Overlooks the pool. Great 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Very spacious with 1.5 bathrooms. It was better than expected. Very family friendly and felt very safe. We would stay here again."

"Room was clean but room and furnishings were old, run down, and uncomfortable. Metal bed frame had rusted hardware, refrigerator didn’t work, tiny sink in bathroom had virtually no water pressure. Room was way too small for the price. Attractive view of coconut palms and Florida Bay from the room and nice sunset views. Overall needs a major remodel in my opinion. Air conditioning was noisy and because the room was so small, it was either too cold or off, which almost instantly made it too hot....

"This place is clean. Staff was great. Close to the water but not really a beach you can get to. More like for tanning. The pool is saltwater and was nice and warm. A bar would have been a nice plus. I would stay again. "

"Our vacation was planned around just staying at the resort enjoying the pool. The bar restaurant all of that men are expectation. The room is clean. Staff was very pleasant was happy with our room nice view of the ocean. The one thing I noticed is that they seem to be a musty smell in the rooms, but I also know that with the carpets in the hallway and it is on the water that could contribute. Overall, our experience was very good."

"The hotel didn’t look like the pictures on Expedia. The place is an old renovated motel. It’s over priced and it was a complete false advertisement. The breakfast was gross. The grounds needs updating as well as the entire place. It was in a great location. We made the best of our stay but would never go back or recommend it. "

"We dined in the restaurant and found it so loud that conversation was impossible. Our Room service breakfast was over an hour in coming and then lacked silverware. The room was clean with a balcony overlooking the water, but the insects were so bad you could not enjoy the balcony. There were children in the adult's pool and running the property through the night. For the price, there has to be better choices."
