"My husband and I stayed here feb 14-17 in the honeymoon suite, which I found amusing as it was connected to the spa next door. It was complicated to find we were told to go back and forth from Railay Resort which is separate from Railay Village Resort but close to each other. We got frustrated and told the Railay Resort somebody from the Village resort was going to have to come get us because our travel was extensive and we weren't going to walk back again which they accommodated and someone...

"I mistakenly booked the wrong dates, so when I arrived at the hotel to check in, it was actually the day we were schedules to check out, so the hotel didn't have a room for us. (This of course was my mistake). The hotel was fully booked for the entire month so we ended up having to go elsewhere. Thankfully our driver who picked us up from the airport stayed with us and took us to a nearby hotel and ensured we had a room for the night. "Everythibg was excellent. The hotel, grounds and room was beautiful and spotless. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave us a nice room to shower and change in after we checkwd out with no extra charge. Food in the restaurant was amazing. If youre thinking of booking to stay here, dont hesitate. "
