The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. "The Hotel is OK but we had a ton of bugs and mosquitos in the room constantly and even after we complained and the staff sprayed the room, they still showed up, in the shower specially, I am not sure the reason, but it appeared as though the bugs are coming through the ceiling in the bathroom."
