"great staff"

"The property is excellent, very nice, super clean. The 10/10 attention Wema Euphrasia excellent afritionas help you with everything you need. All the staff at the hostel were very friendly and attentive, including the Maasai. Wonderful people. I would come back a thousand times. Super recommended"

"Where do I even begin?! 😍✨ THE STAFF – Absolutely AMAZING! ❤️ Honestly, some of the friendliest, warmest and most welcoming people we have ever encountered! Every single one of them made our stay extra special. A big shout-out to Robin at the Front Desk for making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Gasper and Miraji, our Go-Kart champions, thank you for the endless rides and all the fun around the compound! Selemani and Andrea from Sports & Beach kept us entertained throughout...

"amazing resort, amazing staff (the nicest i’ve ever encountered) great amenities. i loved my stay here, would definitely come back to another riu in zanzibar in the future!"

"Incredible location, resort, staff and food. I stayed here for 10 nights and it was perfect. The rooms are spacious with a tasteful interior equipped with air conditioning. The villas are situated in a garden with paths, overlooking the ocean on a small cliff. The staff is attentive and eager to provide excellent service. As a solo female traveler I felt very comfortable, safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend!!"

"Worst hotel experience in my 75 years! We booked four rooms at Kendwa Rocks through Expedia: two pool bungalows and two deluxe rooms. My son emailed requesting adjoining rooms and a crib for his one-year-old. The hotel cheerfully confirmed both requests in writing. After a full day of travel, we arrived to find our reservation not honored. The pool bungalows had been given to other guests, my son’s family had neither adjoining rooms nor a crib, and my wife and I lost our pool bungalow. The...

"Hotellet uppfyllde våra förväntningar. Väldigt lugnt och fint. 5 minuter till stranden. Sängarna!!! Har sällan upplevt så sköna sängar som på detta hotell. Rekommenderar hotellet å det varmaste"

"Lovely room and the view was phenomenal. Check in says till 11pm but make sure you let them know in advance (we had) but it was clear they were due to go home when we arrived after 10. Food at restaurant was great, and staff very helpful. We dived with the sister hotel and had a great experience. We contacted them ourselves as hotel suggested getting shuttle bus to book but they were responsive via WhatsApp and this was easier."

"Hotel is of very high quality, excellent staff service with very good restaurant and bar facilities. Staff were very welcoming and extremely courteous. Hakuna Matata!!"

"Camera nuova e molto pulita. Ampi spazi interni e bagno molto bello. Personale gentile ed efficente, buono il ristorante e bella anche la spiaggia, con un ampio spazio di sdraio sia a bordo piscina che oltre. Assolutamente consigliato"

"It was a great property"

"Hotel is nice and clean and good staff. What isn't advertised is that the beach isn't swimmable. The nicest part of this hotel is the beautiful turquoise water, and it looks stunning while you're sitting in the sky pool. Unfortunately, it's heavily infested with sea urchins. We did the coral reef walking during low tide and saw hundreds! We understand obviously coral reefs are out of the hotel's control but we wish there was advertisment that this issue is there as the only way we could step...

"Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. The only suggestion I have as a means to improve is to potentially find a way to control the flies during the breakfast buffet. We found it slightly bothersome on some occasions. Outside of that, everything was truly amazing and would consider visiting again!"
