"Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager.
The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental.
The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful.
The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

"We needed a late minute accommodation and they worked with us and seemed to be happy to do so. Everyone was nice and courteous. The one thing I can say is the pool is open late but doesn’t have a lot of light but other wise still useable and a good size."

"The gym was very dark after sunset but they had a decent amount of equipment. The hot tub jets were not very strong but the water was clean and a good temperature. The bed was very comfortable and the room was great for a mid level hotel experience. The breakfast was average but decent value as it was only $10. Bar food was not great or overly healthy but that’s the reality of a smaller hotel so not a turnoff in any way. I enjoyed my stay and the staff were all quite friendly."

"The location of the hotel was very convenient for graduation at ASU. There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance but also very close to the university. The bathrooms had shower curtains that are not clean. Our first room had to be changed due to the shower drain being clogged from the jump. The tv remote did not work well, the blankets were visibly brown when held to the light. The bedding was cheap and hard feeling. The sink faucet fell off and there were rust marks in several areas....
