"Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Wir sind mit unserem sechs Monate alten Baby angereist und hatten im Voraus ein Babybett bestellt. Bei unserer Ankunft war dieses jedoch nicht vorbereitet bzw. gar nicht bereitgestellt, was nach einer langen Anreise mit einem Säugling besonders ärgerlich war. Wir haben es erst nach der ersten Nacht bekommen. Das Zimmer befand sich zudem in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es roch stark muffig und wirkte insgesamt heruntergekommen....

I can't remember the young girls name that worked in the garden bar of an evening but she was the nicest person I met through out our stay in the hotel. She is a credit to the hotel and other staff members. We did find the room was very small and extremely hot. "Property is very conveniently located, close to bus terminal, quick taxi to train station, lots of great restaurants in area. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of fresh options including hot dishes, overnight oats and toppings, yogurt and fresh fruit. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
