Made-to-order breakfast each AM by Patrick, and then he sat down and went through each day's itinerary with us, offering pointers to avoid traffic and take advantage of the most scenic routes. Delicious food, nice/clean room, centrally located to Killarney, Gap of Dunlow, etc. Peter was awesome too! We'll be back for sure! "

"Easy check in w the bartender. We were on the third floor, which was a quick walk up the stairs, I don’t think there is an elevator / lift, which wasn’t an issue for us. The town is pretty small and the pub/inn is right in the middle of town. We were able to find parking 1 street over. We ended up having dinner in the pub which was decent, not great. We stayed for the live music which was nice. Breakfast is included so we headed down to the pub where coffee, tea and juices are available. ...

"This was a lovely hotel. We stayed in a manor house room and it was very spacious with a beautiful view. The breakfast was so nice and we had dinner there one night and everything was perfect. The hotel is in a good location close to town and the train station which we used. The staff in the restaurant as well as the check in area could not have been nicer. We are very happy to recommend this hotel. "

"we had a great time at Muckross Hotel. Only thing I would say is you have to call in that you want to use the pool and spa area. which we would have known because we didn’t get to use it. "

"Absolutely perfect stay! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Our room was huge with a sitting area and cozy fireplace. The breakfast was definitely the best we had in Ireland. The hotel is in town, steps from the train, but on grounds that make it a peaceful and quiet stay. Can’t say enough great things about this place."
