"Staff are very courteous, polite and helpful. Unfortunately the place is a little run down and in my opinion not very clean. Upon check in, the garbage bins by the entrance were full as garbage was oozing out, also the garbage by the ice machine on the 1st floor, it still was not clean the next day. The garbage by the ice machine was still there 2 days after I checked out. I had a pet room(136), the carpet was really stain and smelled! The shower faucet was a battle just to shut off,...

"The room(125) is in need of some major repair!! The breakfast info is very miss leading. This is not a full breakfast, it is a continental breakfast at best. The staff is a different story, very friendly, and accommodating, they get a 9/10.Until they do the repairs they remain a 4/10. Get to work if you want us back!!"

"This location has a small parking lot even though it is absolutely necessary to drive to this location. Many of the parking spaces are small car only yet many of the guests drive big trucks including work trucks. As a result, parking is atrocious. Pay full price for a room but they cheaped out so hard on the parking that being able to find a spot even for a car is a gamble. The only hotel that I have been to with worse parking is the other best western in Vernon. They should put a disclaimer...

If your flight is delayed like my staff member's was, be aware of this closure at 11pm and find out from the Dilworth staff if there are any alternative arrangements that can be made or stay somewhere else. "Its not a destination sorta hotel. The traffic could be heard but wasnt as bad as it could have been after 10pm’ish. Was it the right price to sleep & shower- yes."

"Very limited parking, have to park early evening or you won't have a spot for the night, small basis pool that is extremely echoey. Hard to be in the area if multiple people are in the pool. Especially kids. Rooms were small, but did the job. Bathroom was small but works, tub is very narrow and tight. Water pressure and shower head was good. Room had a small fridge and microwave. Overall a decent stay if your looking for a basic stay and smaller beds."

"Room was much smaller that the advertised photos. And watch out for the extremely bright bathroom light! I loved it, until it was 7am and there was no dim option or lesser light in there. Breakfast didn't have many healthy options for people with extreme dietary needs (only had apples, oatmeal (not good toppings) and I had to ask for honey with tea).
