"The hotel is beautiful. The reception staff made a mistake with my reservation and argued the point until I told her I had the printed reservation with me. She looked exasperated and suddenly there was no longer a problem. We had afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The service was incredibly slow. We were ignored for long periods of time. The food was well done and nicely prepared. The grounds are beautiful."

"We planned to drive around the ring of Kerry so it was a good location for this. The staff were really lovely with a glass of bubbly on arrival.
