"Kurzer Aufenthalt in einer tollen Gegend. Wir waren in der Herbst Suite. Toller Blick ins Tal vom Fenster aus. Alles frisch renoviert. Gebäude sehr alt und daher leider hellhörig. Parkplätze gegenüber vorhanden. Pub mit im Haus. Schottisches Frühstück war gut, aber hatte ich schon viel besser."

"Wonderful location in Oban for a visit. Central to the local shopping, restaruants, the distillery, train and ferries. The service and hotel itself were also very nice. I would certainly choose it again if visiting Oban. The only minus was the lack of parking, but it was very easy to find affordable parking nearby."

"There is a bar on the property that was loud on the last night of my stay. There is only a small parking lot in the back . That allows for about eleven vehicles And it is gravel so hard to wheel your luggage. Also there is no elevator and narrow stairs, made it hard to get my luggage up to the room."

"On arrival allocated 506 room one of the turret rooms with steps I tripped up on step the light was dim and could no see the steps went to reception and and this was rectified room 507 which was better standard and very happy staff were great enjoyed I stay at royal hotel only twice a year and they look after me very well and I will cotinue to keep going and recommend to my friends"
