The staff are gentle and willing to help us about the direction in Ha Noi, famous dishes, help us arrange luxury and very good HaLong tour and driver for taking to the airport with good price. My family and I are pleased during the stay at Lotus Boutique Hotel and definitely come and visit again in the near future."

We notified the front desk staff about a leak at the bottom of the shower door causing some flooding near the sink but they were already aware of the issue and will be making improvements in the coming weeks.
