"Staff service was great but the TV was not connecting to smart phone to use netflix, youtube or any entertainment. And it is great if they can provide a microwave and cutlery and crockery inside the room for guests to use. Otherwise everything else was perfect and will be definitely recommended"

"Some friends booked for us to stay here whilst attending a sporting event whilst over from the UK. It’s a conference centre first and foremost and for the ten days we were there there were no conferences so was very very quiet with limited facilities available. However, it proved to be an excellent base for us, the rooms were very comfortable (the beds are huge) and provided kettles, toasters, fridge etc. There’s no reception after I think about 5pm so having left my keycard in the room at...

Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. "Room was ok nice and clean. Shower was really good. Parking the car is a bit hit and miss. Had to park away from the room. Not a big deal as we didn’t have much luggage and only stayed one night. Overall it was ok."
