"The room was very clean and had all the things you need to make a home cooked meal. Staff was very helpful with any needs and was extremely convenient to have a washer and dryer. 10/10 will definitely be staying here again."

"I had a great experience with the employee working the front desk, so I gave 5 stars for that experience. "Staff were helpful. Room was comfortable enough and clean, but in dire need of an upgrade. Wall paper peeling. My room was over run with ants on the 3rd floor!! Breakfast area was well stocked on first day. Poor on the second day. No staff around for 30 minutes"

"The room odor was horrible, so the front desk associate decided to show another room on the 3rd floor— no better. There were bugs on the floor and on the A/C unit. So I requested a refund, was told that the manager was out for the night and to call in the morning. I was given an initial refund for the room deposit the same night I left. But, was declined my refund the following day — so I’m disputing the charge with my bank. Horrible 30 mins experience. Get a real hotel. This one is dirty."
