"I think the pool really needs maintenance. It looks very, very dirty. It disgusted me. The front desk was very patient and polite to me. The 530 dinner was great, and the drinks at the bar were great too. Despite the pool, our stay was great. The breakfast is very generous."

"My stay at AC Hotel Charlotte City Center exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick, seamless, and set the tone for a great visit. As a first-time visitor to Charlotte, I initially hoped to find street parking, but quickly realized it was limited. The hotel's self-parking option ended up being incredibly convenient, with an easy, direct path from the garage to the elevator and my room.
