"It is near a market with plenty of shopping . My mom needed a wheelchair which all the other hotels provided . This one did not . No restaurant in the hotel .i couldn’t find one nearby . Although they told me verbally where to go . I couldn’t find it . I only stayed one night . Not suitable for kids , families or elderly people although this place had a lift ."

"Great place to stay"

"Again the air conditioning was an issue in this hotel. Some nights it would not work and had its own mind. The twin bed for a single person was so narrow I was afraid I would fall off. Otherwise the location of the place makes up for everything else. It was absolutely beautiful!"

"We used to visit Istanbul on yearly basis and stay in the Hilton Hotel in Maslak as the staff is friendly and helpful , the room is clean, the breakfast is excellent."

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The two young male reception staff Can (not sure the other's name) were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. We checked in at around 8pm after a long day of travelling and were initially told we had received a complimentary room upgrade. However, the upgrade was not provided, and we ended up having to move rooms twice and wait around before finally...

"Outstanding breakfast buffet, spotless spacious rooms, and a concierge who went above and beyond. The staff were second to none, always checking on guests, and the Sky Bar views were breathtaking. My only suggestions would be more umbrellas by the outdoor pool and slightly warmer pool water, as it was quite cold in late May."

"A reception of outstanding helpfulness, a room with views of 3 of Istanbul's major tourist stops, advice on eating which took us to one of the best fish restaurants in the world and an international cast of fellow guests that made breakfasting a real pleasure"

"The hotel has a perfect location looking out over the sea. There is a short but uphill walk to all the main attractions. At the end of the day it is a short downhill walk."
