"It’s a two-story building, and I ended up staying on the lower level. Unfortunately, it smelled strongly like an old basement. Also, while sitting at the table, you can tell you were on a slanted floor. I wasn’t sure if I was losing my mind so I set a pencil on the floor and it rolled down exactly like I suspected. They did a nice job with the renovations, but I couldn’t get past the smell. Parking is also extremely limited. I had to park on the street, and depending on availability, you may end...

"I have very mixed feelings about this place. The good: beautiful large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with balconies, in room laundry and full kitchen. Very responsive host. The bad: No real AC. Unit was 80 degrees when I arrived. Fridge was broken and inoperable ."
