"Next room had huge rock music playing until 3am. Kept us awake. We called security who got them to turn it down at midnight. After 15 minutes the booming was Bach on high. No follow up from security. I will not stay at your hotel Again."

"The outside is beautiful. Rooms need updating and property offers bowling for a fee!!!! $30 for 1 hr+ cost of shoe rental, why stay on a resort when nothing is included! Playground is small!!! My kids were not amused and they are 6 & 9. They only have one small basket ball court. They were so pushy at check in wouldn’t even release our keys without trying to get us scheduled for a time share we drive over 4 hrs with 2 children on being autistic we were ready to get our key and go to the room....

"This property was older and well built, very clean, quiet, covenant to shopping, dinners and Bush Gardens. The only issue my husband and I had with the unit was the thermostat clearly didn’t work at all. We made the best of our situation. It was warm at times very warm, we tried turning the temperature down; that didn’t work and the cool tab didn’t work. So we just opened the window. But overall it was a good stay. "
