"The best hotel I ever stayed in. Everything was fantastic, especially the staff. Every employee we met was kind, eager to help and with such a great attitude. The hotel is beautiful and calming, like an oasis in the middle of the city. Our room was absolutely stunning, spacious, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast was a la cart and delicious. We especially liked the breakfast waitress, can't remember her name but she arrived 2 months ago from Peru. She was charming....

"Crowne Plaza Melbourne was our favorite lodging (of four) in Australia. We were offered a room upgrade with a breathtaking view of the Yarra River waterfront. Staff were all very friendly and we were easily able to walk to restaurants and other destinations on both sides of the river."

"The place was a great spot in Southbank. Within walking distance to the many of the features. Great gym and breakfast. A special shout out to Paul from the Edwin Cellars Bar. He knows his wine and is always happy to recommend great wines to try. "

"Classic 5-star hotel as expected. Have stayed here on numerous occasions and never drops standards. Beware the parking fees at DFO (not managed by the hotel but can use a discount voucher from the hotel desk. The parking system tried to charge double. Had to use the help button and speak to someone before the correct charge was applied). This parking issue is not a negative reflection on the hotel though, just a heads-up for guests. Great hotel restaurant."

"Stayed with my 14 yo daughter and shared a standard king size room on the 1st floor. Great small hotel. Amazing pool. Great Buffett breakfast (even though small had great selection. Omelette made to order. Good location across from DFO/shops etc. rooms small but perfectly fine. Room service was expensive and not much on offer but we Uber Eats which took 15 mins (quicker than room service anyway ;) chocolate hour was a selection of petite fours which were ok but no mind blowing. Would definitely...
