"The staff and service were amazing, my partner and I decided to book an overnight stay for our anniversary, we didn't inform them prior, nor make any special requests, but they still surprised us with a complementary anniversary cake, as well as a discounted room upgrade! The staff didn't even let us open any doors, whether it was taxi, or hotel entrance. The hotel was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic, felt like kings and queens for a night. Thanks 1 Hotel :)"

"Chic and affordable hotel in a central location. The entry under an overpass is a bit off putting and gives the lobby a bunker feel but setting that aside it’s a decent hotel"

"All of the staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was very comfortable, clean and well set up. Breakfast was excellent and thank you to the kind staff member who made sure I had gluten free food. The hotel is in an excellent location and getting from and to the train station was very easy. Thank you"

"Great location, definitely comfortable beds. However this hotel is a little lacking, requested slippers on their app as advised to, nothing arrived. Pool area is very tiny however lovely temperature. Air con made loud rattling sound on and off the whole time being used."

"The place was a great spot in Southbank. Within walking distance to the many of the features. Great gym and breakfast. A special shout out to Paul from the Edwin Cellars Bar. He knows his wine and is always happy to recommend great wines to try. "
