The only inconveniences we experienced were trouble with the garage door which we had to manually open and close due to the the motor not working. The kitchen fan did not turn in at all not did the light and in the downstairs bathroom the toilet was loose and I found old used bandaids by the shower window. "

"Mistakes happen. When we got there, the unit had not been setup for our arrival as the beds were not made and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. I texted the host and she was responsive and came right over. I acknowledge that mistakes will occur. The important part is how the mistakes are handled.
